TAC Field Trip!
Overview
All enrolled writers and special guests are invited to join us for a field trip to TAC, The Art Center Cooperative, for their “Textile Treasures” exhibit and reception, sponsored by the Jacksonville Weaver’s Guild. Learn more about the art of weaving, and shop for delightfully handmade textiles, like ornaments, scarves, runners, shawls, tea towels, and more. The entire show runs from Saturday, Nov. 7, until Sunday the 21st, but the reception and demonstrations will be on November 15. Join us as we learn more about the ancient art of weaving during this semester of “Linens and Laces.”
