SUMMARY:Going to the Well: Writing for Inspiration and Self-Care
DESCRIPTION:**Cross post with Jax Public Library's Writer's Lab**\n\n\n\nWh
ether you are an experienced writer or are interested in finding your voice
through writing\, finding the inspiration to write can get bogged down in
your goals for your work\, schedule demands\, or your expectations or insec
urities. Take some time for yourself and explore the use of a writing circl
e as a means of setting other tasks aside\, and simply write together in co
mmunity. The use of poetry and prose as prompts will encourage your mind to
roam freely\, sparking new ideas and a depth of expression within you that
becomes a potent means of self-care. And sharing your words in community t
ogether becomes a source for new and potent inspiration.\n\n\n\n\n\n\nAbout
